Police say they had just called off a chase of the accident victims moments before the collision.
The Action Cam on the scene in East Falls, as firefighters hosed down the smoldering car.
The vehicle flipped on the 3500 block of Schoolhouse Lane. Police say three people in this car had fled from 35th district officers in Logan. They allegedly tossed out a gun, which has been recovered.
Police say the car then drove up onto the Roosevelt Boulevard, hitting another car. No one in that second car was hurt.
Police reportedly stopped the chase and then several minutes later came across the burned up car. One victim died in the fire. A second victim, a 25-year-old male, died at Temple University Hospital.
A third person, said to be 24-years-old, is listed in critical condition at Temple.
Investigators have not said why they were pursuing the men.
