The entire incident was caught on surveillance video.
It happened Wednesday night, inside Tip O'Leary's on West Chester Pike in Havertown.
In the surveillance video, you can see the woman with the long hair standing around the bar area talking on a cell phone.
She walked up, started to play a video game, reached down into a handbag, grabbed a wallet and walked out.
Owner Kelli O'Connor says the suspect wasn't a regular customer.
"Nobody knew her, she didn't buy a drink. She didn't do anything. She came in to steal something. It happened to me," said owner Kelli O'Connor.
