You might think someone would be glad to get out of the slammer.
But Thorn Peters yelled at the judge when he was ordered released from jail.
Peters complained he was being sent into the snow in just a tank top and pajama bottoms.
Peters had been in a Memphis-area jail for more than year and a-half.
But a judge ordered him released after prosecutors dropped felony drug charges.
The Commercial Appeal newspaper reports Peters gave the judge a tongue-lashing and hinted he wanted to be sent back to jail for contempt of court.
