Investigators say she is 60-year-old Margaret Kines-Leroy.
The fire broke out Friday morning at around 1:00 in the Tilton Terrace Mobile Park along the 2000 block of Tilton Road.
The victim was trapped inside the burning trailer.
A neighbor tried to reach her, but had to back out of the trailer when he suffered burns.
That person is being treated at the hospital.
Investigators are searching for the cause, but say it does not appear to be suspicious.
