It's a 40-foot long, 10-foot high machine that grinds large tree trunks into wood chips that went missing from a public works yard in Seymour, Conn., last weekend.
Police and officials are baffled - after all, it's not the kind of item you can just throw into the back of a pickup.
Public Works Director Dennis Rozum says whoever took the behemoth had to know how to hook it up to a truck large enough to haul it.
Police are appealing to the public for help.
