The 10th Street Bypass and the Mon Wharf are closed in Pittsburgh due to flooding. Minor flooding was also reported across the state in Philadelphia while snow and sleet fell in northeastern Pennsylvania.
Flood warnings remain in effect for some counties in eastern Pennsylvania. The National Weather Service is advising motorists not to attempt to drive on flooded roadways.
Rainfall totals of more than 2½ inches were reported after precipitation started Saturday evening.
