One of the bills, which are expected to be filed on Tuesday, would prohibit anyone convicted of a felony sex offense from getting a nursing license. It would also impose penalties on medical professionals who don't report child abuse or neglect.
The other bills would assign similar penalties on mental health workers or drug rehab workers convicted of sex offenses and revoke the licenses of clinical social workers convicted of sex crimes.
Bradley is charged with sexually assaulting more than 100 patients over more than a decade before being arrested in December 2009.
