That's what authorities say could be the result of a massive Southern California beach party this weekend.
Santa Barbara County officials plan to close four beaches and step up patrols in the face of Floatopia.
The big beach bash has attracted thousands of people in recent years.
A Facebook page promoting the event has more than 14,000 "will attend" postings.
There were no major incidents last year.
Floatopia began six years ago when several hundred people roped their rafts and inner tubes together and started drinking.
