Police say they responded around 2:00 a.m. Sunday to Sidekicks Sports Bar on the 2200 block of North 2nd Street for a reported fight that spilled outside.
When officers arrived, the four suspects ran off - two of them allegedly firing at police.
Police say officers returned gunfire when the suspects refused to surrender.
The suspects fled the scene in a white Lincoln, travelling south down 2nd Street. The vehicle then turned west onto Susquehanna Avenue where the driver lost control and crashed into a parked car.
The four men then ran into a nearby park where police apprehended one of the suspects. Police are looking for the other three.
