An officer stopped 29-year-old Lindsay Fitzgerald Saturday for not having a tag light. Police say the officer smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle and administered field sobriety tests.
Fitzgerald was taken to a hospital to have blood drawn and then to the police department. Officers say a computer check showed that Fitzgerald had DUIs in 2007, 2009 and last year.
Fitzgerald is being held on $7,000 cash bond.
