The accident happened around 3:30 this morning at the intersection of North 5th Street and Glenwood Avenue.
The driver of a Toyota Avalon with four passengers inside stuck a Honda Civic causing the vehicle to spin out of control and smash into a utility pole.
Three passengers, all from the Honda Civic, sustained injuries and were taken to Temple Hospital.
The female passenger is still in critical condition and the two male passengers are in stable condition.
The accident is still under investigation.
