That's the word from police in Appleton, Wisconsin, after shutting down a kids' lemonade stand.
Ten-year-old Lydia Coenen and her 9-year-old sister Vivian had planned to sell lemonade over the weekend.
They figured business would be good, as folks passed near their home going to a car show.
But a police officer told their girls their lemonade stand was illegal under a new city ordinance.
A local paper reports police have apologized to the family.
And Police Chief David Walsh says he'll make sure it doesn't happen again.
