Shortly after 7:00 p.m. along the 5700 block of Race Street, police observed a Dodge Charger fitting the description of a vehicle carjacked yesterday.
Authorities attempted to stop the car, but the occupants sped off.
After less than a mile pursuit, the driver of the car rammed a police cruiser and the men inside fled the vehicle.
Police soon apprehended all three, at least two of whom were armed with guns.
There were no injuries to the officers.
