Delaware State Police say Alvin Wilkerson Jr., of Laurel, was arrested Friday evening after he failed to stop his car at an intersection and crashed into the front of a home in Seaford.
None of the three people inside the home at the time was injured, and police say Wilkerson was also not hurt.
Wilkerson was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless endangering, failure to stop at a stop sign and malicious mischief by a motor vehicle.
Police say Wilkerson was released Saturday morning on unsecured bail.
