Around 1:30 Saturday morning, a car slammed into a wall and flipped on the ramp from I-95 southbound to Woodhaven Road in Bensalem.
Firefighters had to rescue the driver and a passenger from the wreckage. The victims identified as 21-year-old Adrian Achinko and 22-year-old Robert DeVincent sustained undisclosed injuries.
Police say they are investigating whether alcohol may have played a role in the wreck.
So far no charges have been filed
