It happened on Monday, March 5 at 2:52 p.m. at the TD Bank branch in the 6600 block of Frankford Avenue.
Investigators say the man approached the teller and presented a threatening demand note.
After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled on foot.
Authorities are looking for a white man, 40-45 years old, 5'7" – 5' 9" tall, approximately 180 pounds. The man was clean shaven with a ruddy complexion, last seen wearing a black zip-up hooded sweatshirt.
