CHESTERFIELD, N.J. - March 13, 2012

The crash happened on the morning of February 16th at the intersection of Route 528 and Old York Road. Police say a school bus, driven by 66-year-old John Tieman of Beverly, was hit by a dump truck driven by 38-year-old Michael Caporale of New Egypt.

The crash killed 11-year-old Isabelle Tezsla and injured 17 others, including Tezsla's triplet sisters.

In a news release issued Tuesday, the Burlington County prosecutor's office said Tieman was cited for Failure to Stop or Yield. Caporale was cited for Failure to Secure Container and Failure to Tarp Load.

In addition, the owner of the dump truck, Herman's Trucking of Wrightstown, was cited for Inadequate Braking, Exceeding Gross Weight, Exceeding Tire Weight Limit and Over Axle Weight.

The prosecutor's office said the citations were required to be served within 30 days.

A determination of whether any criminal charges will be filed is still pending the investigation and test results of toxicology tests.
