Authorities say shortly after 7:30 p.m., a 21-year-old male was being questioned by homicide detectives at Philadelphia Police Headquarters in Center City when he jumped out a second story window.
The man was quickly apprehended.
He was rushed by medics to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for care.
He suffered a fractured ankle.
It is not clear what the man was being questioned for at police headquarter.
