It happened around 5:00 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of 60th and Market streets outside the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club.
Several vehicles were struck as gunfire erupted.
A 28-year-old male suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his body, and was later pronounced dead.
The second victim - a 25-year-old male was shot in the face.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Philadelphia in critical condition.
No word on what sparked the shooting. It remains under investigation.
