Ramon Cintron faces charges of Institutional Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, and Criminal Use of a Communications Facility.
The allegations against Cintron came to light through a report made by the student to Cheltenham Township Police Department.
Investigators say a 14-year-old girl told them that Cintron forced himself on her in his office on April 12th.
Police say in addition to sending the victim several text messages after the incident apologizing for his behavior, Cintron also repeatedly apologized for his behavior. According to authorities, he urged the victim not to tell anyone, as he "could get locked up" for what he did.
Police took Cintron into custody earlier today.
