Shareef Gray, 20, was taken into custody after police carried out searches at two homes just before 6:00 a.m. Thursday.
Gray is suspected in a shooting at his Ferry Street home Tuesday.
He is now being held at the Northampton County Prison on $200,000 bail.
"We believe the ties were between the two houses, with the heroin sales within the city of Easton, as well as the Bloods, suspected Bloods members, in the city of Easton," said Lt. Matthew Gerould, Easton Police Dept.
Police are now looking for three other people in connection with the raid: Kiara Smith, 18; Devaun Ralph, 24; and Tyree Cherry, 20.
