Police say firefighters had to pull a trapped passenger from a Lexus when it collided with a cab in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 2am on North Broad near Huntington Street.
Police say the Lexus turned onto North Broad in front of the taxi.
The cab slammed into the passenger side of the sedan.
The person who was riding in the passenger side is now hospitalized in critical condition.
The driver of the Lexus was arrested, under suspicion of drunk driving.
The taxi driver was also hospitalized in stable condition.
