Authorities say a two-door red vehicle was traveling on the 800 block of North 10th Street around 6:30 p.m. when the occupants inside fired gunshots.
A 36-year-old mother and her 15-year-old son were struck.
The mother was shot once in the left knee. The teenage son was shot once in the back.
They were taken to Hahnemann Hospital in stable condition.
Police say the victims were innocent bystanders.
The suspects remain on the loose.
