Helen Yang, 75, was killed on the night of April 25th as she crossed Library Avenue outside the Newark Free Library.
Yang was a grandmother who lived in a high-rise apartment building with her husband.
Newark Police believe the striking vehicle may have been a black 1998-2002 4-door Honda Accord with right side damage, including the right side mirror.
