The jury has been deliberating for six days on the fate of two Roman Catholic priests.
Monsignor William Lynn is charged with conspiracy and child endangerment for his handling of sex-abuse complaints at the Philadelphia archdiocese.
The Rev. James Brennan is charged with attempted rape and child endangerment.
Prosecutors say Lynn endangered Brennan's accuser in 1996 by keeping Brennan in ministry despite earlier red flags.
Brennan had not been accused of abuse, but nuns had complained about loud parties and male houseguests.
The jury has again heard Brennan's testimony from the church trial, which involves the same accuser as the criminal trial.
The jury is expected to resume deliberations Tuesday.
