The accident happened just before midnight at 15th and Spruce Street.
Police say a taxi struck a volvo sending it onto the sidewalk where it knocked down a traffic light.
Two woman in their 30's who were in the volvo and the taxi driver were taken to the hospital and listed in stable condition.
A passenger in the cab was able to walk away not injured.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
