Andre Bean was fired from his job at Delaware Valley High School in Reading back in September.
The school is a place for children with behavioral problems.
Attorneys for the company that runs the school filed a lawsuit, claiming Bean and other ex-staffers helped organize a riot at the school, in retaliation for the firings.
Bean denies the accusation in a filed court response saying the claims are ridiculous and defamatory.
Two Reading police officers were hurt during the riot.
