Philadelphia coffee shop bandit caught on camera

PHILADELPHIA - December 5, 2012

The robbery happened on November 27th at 7:15 p.m. at the Last Drop Coffee Shop at 13th and Pine Streets in Center City.

Police say the men walked into the shop. One pulled out a silver handgun and announced a robbery.

The pair then stole the belongings of five customers and fled on foot.

Detectives were able to track down surveillance video showing one of the suspects entering SEPTA's Broad Street subway line at the South Lombard entrance.

Police have released the following description of the suspects:

Suspect #1: (man caught on camera) – Black Male, 18 - 25 years old, 5'11" - 6'1", 160 lbs., scruffy facial hair, blue puffy jacket and tan pants.

Suspect #2: (man with the gun) – Black Male, 18 - 25 years old, 6'2" - 6'3", wearing a dark hooded jacket and blue jeans.
