Suspects sought in New Castle Walgreens theft

Delaware State Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects wanted for shoplifting at a Walgreens store in New Castle.

Surveillance cameras captured the pair entering the store, located on the 200 block of Christiana Road, at 2:08 p.m. Monday.

According to police, the women began putting cosmetics in their purses and pockets.

A store employee witnessed the theft, and told police that when the women were confronted, they began yelling and throwing merchandise before leaving.

The two then got into a silver Nissan Altima and fled the scene.

The first suspect is described as a light skin black or Hispanic female, 19-23 years old, approximately 5'4", 130 pounds, dyed pink hair, wearing a black coat, pink hat, and scarf.

The second suspect is described as a black female, 19-23 years old, approximately 5'4", 130 pounds, wearing a black coat.
