Indecent exposure incident reported at Cabrini College

RADNOR, Pa. - January 29, 2013

The incident occurred at 11:00 a.m. on January 21st when, police say, two female students were approached by an early 2000s model black Honda Accord while walking in the parking lot near the Dickson Center on campus, which is located at 610 King of Prussia Road.

Authorities say a man rolled down his window and asked the women for directions.

Police say the male was wearing no pants and was observed performing a lewd act.

According to police, the vehicle had a Penn State word mark logo on its rear passenger side window and did not have a registration plate.

It was last seen exiting campus towards Upper Gulph Road in Chester County.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, 20 to 25-years-old, clean shaven, and wearing square eye glasses.

Authorities have also released a composite sketch of the suspect.
