PHILADELPHIA - February 12, 2013

H. Warren Hogeland, 75, of Richboro, Pa. and Kenneth Miller, 76, of Brookhaven, Pa. pleaded guilty to taking part in the scheme.

A total of nine judges were named in the indictment, released back on January 31st.
