It happened around 2:30 Thursday afternoon on the 2600 block of Carter Road.
Police say Anum Raza was behind the wheel of a Honda Odyssey when she struck her sister.
Authorities have not said what led up to the incident.
The victim was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators say Raza is now facing charges for aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
She remains in custody on $250,000 bail.
