Online court records don't list an attorney for Michael Wright, of Williamsport.
WNEP-TV reports Wright was taken from the police station late Saturday to be arraigned on a charge of criminal homicide.
The fire was reported about 10:30 p.m. Friday and the body of Lynn Wright was found Saturday morning.
The Lycoming County coroner's office plans an autopsy on her body Monday, but police say they're convinced Wright killed her - because he allegedly said so.
Police say they found Wright at Ann's Tavern where he reportedly told one witness he killed his wife - and wasn't joking.
