The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. on the 5700 block of Belmar Terrace.
Police were called to the report of an illegally parked car.
They discovered a man in his 20's inside the car.
He was slumped over the wheel with gunshot wounds to the face and torso.
Officials say he was shot through the driver's side window and the car continued to roll until it stopped against a parked car.
So far, no word on any suspects or a motive.
The victim's name has not been released.
