Nicholas J. Cortellini of Rutledge, Pa. was arrested Thursday and charged with dissemination of child pornography, 32 counts of possession and criminal use of a communications facility.
Cortellini was arrested by Swarthmore police this morning at his residence located at 121 E. Sylvan Avenue.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Bail was set at $50,000 at 10 percent which was posted.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 25th.
