It happened after 5:15 a.m. Monday at 33rd and Huntingdon Streets.
Police say a person inside a parked Nissan sedan had just dropped off a child at that location when a Buick SUV moving at high speed slammed into the back of the sedan.
Images from the Action Cam at the scene showed the Nissan with damage to the rear driver's side bumper and the SUV lying on its side in the middle of the road.
Two people were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The driver of the SUV was being questioned by police.
The accident is under investigation.
