Gunfire kills victim in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Homicide detectives are investigating a deadly shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened at 2 a.m. Monday.

A man in his 40s was shot and killed in the 2500 block of North Marston Street.

Police found 7 shell casings at the scene.

They were checking area surveillance cameras, hoping to identify a suspect.
