PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- This week's Top 6 takes us to another pair of BYOB restaurants. 6abc's Jessica Boyington checks out these unique dining spots in Philadelphia.
Trattoria Carina is the Fitler Square neighborhood gem of your dreams. It's quaint, relatively quiet, a great date spot, and will easily climb to one of your favorite spots for some Italian classics. Not only is it BYOB, but it has a few menu cocktails too! Grab an Aperol Spritz while you cruise the daily dinner menu, or stop by for brunch on the weekends.
What I loved:
-Cacio e Pepe
-Chicken Parm
-Spicy Rigatoni Vodka

Off East Passyunk Ave, sits Perla. A Traditional Filipino restaurant with cuisine created by Chef Lou Boquila. Diners will receive an authentic Kamayan dining experience...(which means you will eat the entire meal with your hands)...with the table covered in banana leaves serving as the only protectant from the mess you're about to make! It's only $50 per person for this massive prefixed spread of fish, pork, chicken, and vegetables over top of a mound of garlic rice.
What I loved:
-Pork Spring Rolls
-Roasted Chicken (lemongrass, citrus, soy)
-Chocolate Budino
