The additional reward money came from donations by the FBI and the Philadelphia 76ers, police said.
The total has been steadily increasing since Gabrielle Carter was shot by a stray bullet last week.
Also Monday, the plans for the girl's funeral were released.
The service for Gabrielle will be held at the Faith Holy Temple Church of God in Christ at 2713 River Road in Camden on Saturday.
A public viewing will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., with a funeral to follow.
The funeral is also open to the public.
Gabrielle was hit by the bullet near her home.
Authorities say gunfire broke out when several men opened fire on an intended target. The men then jumped into a car and fled.
