National Blue Ribbon Schools

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Two Philadelphia schools have been named National Blue Ribbon Schools.

Students at Albert M Greenfield School in Center City cheered when they found out their school was awarded the honor.

School Superintendent Dr. William Hite visited the elementary school and congratulated the teachers and students.

He says he's thrilled for them.
