Man, 25, shot in the head in Mayfair

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left a man in critical condition in Mayfair.

Crime scene tape blocked off the scene in the 4700 block of Meridian Street Friday.

It happened just before 5:30 p.m.

Police responded and found a 25-year-old man shot in the head.

He was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale in critical condition.
