Summer is the perfect time to make some healthy changes to your lifestyle, whether it be trying a new workout or eating more natural, healthy foods.
But getting healthier doesn't have to include a grueling workout. Even small changes make a difference.
We found plenty of people moving at their pace around Cooper River Park in Camden County, New Jersey.
Lisa Walker power walks with friends.
"It relaxes me. It takes my stress off and it makes me lose weight," she explained.
In fact, she says last time she stuck to a walking routine she lost 30 pounds!
For Ron D'Anjolell, he walks the river path to preserve his health and keep him going.
Ron tells us, "My job requires a lot of up and down stairs, so I gotta keep the wheels in shape, the heart in shape, you know."
And it's a family affair for the Martinez sisters. Little Isabella tries to keep up with her older sisters, Jackelyn and Celeste. They tell me friendly competition keeps them motivated to stay fit.
Jackelyn says, "I feel like it makes me stronger."
While Celeste tells us, "It keeps you healthy and moving and makes you want to do more."
And the more you move, the more you'll want to eat healthy. So our next challenge is to eat more fruits and vegetables.
