Murder victim found shot in the head in Southwest Philadelphia

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a deadly shooting in Southwest Philadelphia.

It happened before 7:00 a.m. Monday in the 5300 block of Reinhard Street.

Officers arrived to find a man in his late 20s or early 30s shot in the head.

Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

The murder weapon has not been recovered.

So far police have no suspects or motive.
