Mayor Kenney addresses NeighborWorks conference

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A group of national experts worked Thursday to plot a pathway out of poverty.

The Action Cam was in Center City Philadelphia this morning as Mayor Jim Kenney delivered the opening remarks at the week long NeighborWorks conference.

The event brings together specialists from across the country to discuss the best ways to grow successful communities.

Mayor Kenney welcomed the group and pledged the city's cooperation with anti-poverty initiatives.
