Anniversary marks a call to change in Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Activists in Delaware marked an anniversary Thursday with a call to change the state's voting law.

Representatives from several organizations held a press conference in Wilmington to rally for the passage of a bill that allows people to register to vote on Election Day.

Currently, Delawareans must register to vote at least three weeks prior to an election.
