PHILADELPHIA -- Amtrak says downed power lines in northeastern Maryland have been repaired, but travelers should expect delays to continue for a few hours between Washington and Philadelphia.
Amtrak spokeswoman Vernae Graham says service between Baltimore and Philadelphia was suspended and later delayed for hours Tuesday morning.
But downed power lines near Perryville, Md., have been repaired.
Travelers should still expect delays, but Graham says they are expected to gradually diminish through the morning.
