27 displaced by New Castle fire

NEW CASTLE, Del. - February 10, 2008 Wind swept flames burned through an apartment in the 800 block of Bedford Lane in New Castle.

One firefighter was injured and was rushed to the hospital. It took an hour and 20 minutes for them to control the fire.

12 apartments were damaged. 27 people are out of their homes.

The fire marshal now has to determine the cause.
