Teen admits torching VFW post

A Montgomery County teen has admitted to committing arson.

The fire hit the Royersford VFW Post 6341 on South 4th Avenue on April 11th. The fire caused about $100,000 in damage to the building.

A 14-year-old boy from Limerick pleaded guilty Wednesday to a felony charge of arson and endangering property.

The boy remains in custody at a youth detention center.
