Man gets life for killing 12-year-old

A Camden man has been sentenced to life without parole for the 2004 shooting death of a 12-year-old boy.A state Superior Court judge sentenced 32-year-old Jessie Sepulveda on Friday.

He was convicted in state Superior Court of murder and other related charges in April. Authorities say Sepulveda and 23-year-old David Gomez approached Pedro Molina as he was listening to the radio on the front steps of his house. Gomez took the radio from Molina. And Sepulveda then fired 10 shots at the boy. Gomez has pleaded guilty to manslaughter over the killing.
