Fisherman missing after 2 rescued near N.J.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - July 24, 2008

Members of the U.S. Coast Guard rescued 2 fisherman from an 80-foot fishing boat that on capsized and sank late Wednesday night.

The Coast Guard says the distress call came in from the Sea Breeze, homeported in North Kingstown, R.I., at about 10 p.m. from 45 miles east of Atlantic City, N.J.

Two helicopter rescue crews from the Atlantic City Coast Guard station arrived hoisted two fisherman from the water as the boat sank.

Rayford Carr, 50, and Anthony Hendrickson, 22, were pulled from the water. Captain Philip Ruhle, 58, was still on the boat when it went down with the 100,000 pounds of fish it was carrying.

Three U.S. Coast Guard rescue teams are still searching for Ruhle.
